Ryewater is home to an impressive array of tropical greenhouses, each full with the vibratingly fresh herbs and unique fruits and vegetables essential to Thai cuisine. These greenhouses are intrinsic to the everyday running of our restaurants, but also offer an opportunity for ongoing research and development.
